1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "jljl5" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to jljl5.cam and its operating entity, licensed under PAGCOR to provide online gaming services in the Philippines.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on jljl5 and is accessing the platform's services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jljl5 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being frozen pending investigation.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID;
• A valid personal email address to which you have exclusive access;
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older;
• A valid Philippine mobile number for account verification purposes;
• A unique, secure password that you will not share with any third party.

jljl5 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such rejection.

5. KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines, jljl5 requires all account holders to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before any withdrawal request can be processed.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID, taken on the date of submission;
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account displaying full name and mobile number).

jljl5 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is completed to its satisfaction. The personal data submitted for KYC purposes is processed in accordance with the jljl5 Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

6. Deposits

jljl5 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, USDT (TRC20 network), and Bitcoin. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jljl5's discretion with notice posted on the platform.

• Minimum deposit amounts and applicable limits per payment method are displayed on the Wallet page of your account.
• Deposits are credited to your jljl5 Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. jljl5 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' accounts — are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• jljl5 does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
• jljl5 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed threshold amounts established under PAGCOR and AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) guidelines.

7. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) at any time through the jljl5 Wallet section. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jljl5 Account;

jljl5 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated qualification criteria for each promotion;
• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance, which is subject to wagering requirements before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance;

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before participating.

• Deliberate abuse of promotional bonuses, including multi-accounting for bonus farming;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;

• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or harms other players.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the jljl5 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, website design, software, text, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of jljl5 or its licensed content providers. No portion of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without express prior written consent from jljl5.

Game content provided by third-party providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective providers and is licensed to jljl5 for display on the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jljl5 shall not be liable for:

• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network issues, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;

14. Account Suspension & Closure

16. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the jljl5 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of jljl5 — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including without limitation the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines and applicable PAGCOR regulatory issuances.

If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaints channels. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
